Amenities: 10x20ft. covered pavilion, picnic tables, some folding chairs, outhouse-style toilet, fire pit. Please note that Borland Garden does not provide the following amenities: electricity, water, A/V equipment, wifi.
Please note: This is a volunteer-run community garden and international community enjoyed and cared for by many people. Smoking, pets, and loud music are prohibited. Renters are responsible for set-up and clean up. Trash must be bagged and removed by the renter. In order to care for the garden and wider environment, balloons and single-use plastics are discouraged.
Available Times
Morning Slot: 8am-12pm, includes 30 minutes before and after to set up and clean up.
Afternoon Slot: 12:30-4:30pm, includes 30 minutes before and after to set up and clean up.
Evening Slot: 5:00pm-9:00pm, includes 30 minutes before and after to set up and clean up.
*times are flexible based on your needs
Pricing
Note that Borland Garden provides a sliding scale pricing structure to remove more financial barriers and expand access. Sliding scale starts at $25 for up to four hours with participation in one or more of Borland Garden's Monthly Work Parties (10:00-12:00, Third Saturday of each Month) and $50 for up to four hours without participation in work parties. We welcome work trades!

- $250 over four hours
- Borland Gardeners and nonprofits receive a 20% discount
- 50% Deposit must be received 2 weeks prior to event to secure the space
